Mr. Wei Jun is the director of Guangdong Museum. He also serves as a curator at the museum and chairs its Research Committee. Wei is a member of the Steering Committee of the Chinese Museums Association and presides over Guangdong Museums Association. He is an adjunct professor at the Sun Yet-sen University and Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts. He has authored two and co-authored twenty publications, and published over forty academic essays on the subjects of museum studies, underwater archaeology, and preservation of cultural heritage sites.
