Noelle XieMaxim Global

    Noelle Xie is a strategist and advisor for international development and cultural initiatives. Xie works with the U.S. Department of State and the Clinton Global Initiative. Fluent in English, French and Chinese, Xie participates and organizes world summits and public forums to facilitate dialogue and build partnerships between U.S.-China, France-China and Africa-China. Most recently, in 2016, Xie served as chairwoman of the launch of the “Fantastic Art China” festival, a Chinese Ministry of Culture initiative in New York. Xie started her career at the United Nations, working for UNICEF and WHO in New York, Geneva and across Africa. She was a member of the UN delegation for the Beijing Women’s conference in 1995. Xie has made significant contributions towards the UN sustainable development goals and multiculturalism. Xie graduated from Paris University, Panthéon-Sorbonne Law School. She works in New York, Paris and Beijing.
