Wang ZhenfenLushun Museum

    Ms. Wang Zhenfen currently serves as the director and curator of Lushun Museum, where she has worked in various capacities since 1989. She oversees the museum’s operations, including collections research, exhibition development, and new acquisitions. For over two decades, Wang’s research focus has been on museology, epigraphy, Buddhism, and the study of Dunhuang and Turpan, a region in Tibet. She is a member of the Steering Committee of the Chinese Museums Association, Dunhuang and Turpan Studies Association of China, Liao and Jin Dynasties Studies Association of China, and China Cultural Relics Association. Wang was a research fellow at the Ryukoku University in Japan. She graduated from the Rare Books and Manuscripts Research Institute at Jilin University in 1989.
